We are looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to install, configure, and support our IT infrastructure and cloud services. The role focuses on maintaining system performance, security, and scalability while working collaboratively with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze IT systems and suggest improvements to performance, capacity, and scalability.
• Help design and develop computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Oversee installation, configuration, monitoring, and administration of servers and networks.
• Manage project timelines and maintain accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues (may include 24/7 on-call support).
• Train and guide infrastructure and service desk teams on new tools and best practices.
• Support technology upgrades and improvements.
• Build and configure server environments and automate deployments.
• Act as an escalation point for issues related to Office 365, Active Directory, networking, and other applications.
• Update and maintain documentation (processes, troubleshooting guides, diagrams, reports, etc.).

Travel Requirement

Minimal travel (<10%) between sites or for training.
