Senior Informatica MDM Developer

Job Summary:

Informatica MDM Developer/Analyst

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to data quality, and the ability to work cross-functionally to improve master data governance and consistency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Informatica MDM

  solutions using

  Informatica MDM Hub

  ,

  Provisioning Tool

  , and

  Business Entity Services

  .
• Configure

  match and merge rules

  ,

  trust rules

  , and

  survivorship logic

  based on business requirements.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, legacy systems) into the MDM system.
• Develop

  data cleansing, standardization, and validation routines

  to ensure master data quality.
• Collaborate with

  business analysts, data stewards, and data architects

  to define MDM strategy and requirements.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement

  hierarchy management

  ,

  workflow

  , and

  security roles

  in MDM.
• Document solution architecture, data models, mappings, and transformation logic.
• Support

  MDM platform upgrades

  , patching, and release management.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience

  with

  Informatica MDM

  (Hub and related components).

• 6+ years of Healthcare Domain experience

• Proficient in

  data modeling, match/merge rules

  ,

  trust & survivorship configurations

  , and

  metadata management

  .
• Experience with

  ETL development

  using

  Informatica PowerCenter

  or similar tools.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of

  relational databases

  (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Understanding of

  data governance

  ,

  data quality

  , and

  master data lifecycle management

  .
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, Information Systems

  , or a related field.

• Familiarity with
