Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Senior Sales Associate to join our team in Davangere. The ideal candidate should come from a technical background, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to understand client needs and provide effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and service.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare performance reports.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-handling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of technical concepts and solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.Sc / or any technical degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technology or service-based environment.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
