Senior HVAC Retrofit Sales Manager

As a Senior HVAC Retrofit Sales Manager in Ghaziabad, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in HVAC retrofit projects. Your role will involve conducting site visits and technical assessments, proposing retrofit solutions, collaborating with engineering and service teams, preparing proposals, negotiating sales closure, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. You will also need to maintain relationships with consultants, facility managers, and decision-makers while staying updated on market trends, energy-efficiency incentives, and competitors.
