Lead, mentor, and shape a talented BIM team from Puducherry while delivering world-class HVAC & sanitary models for commercial projects in Europe. That’s the opportunity we offer. We are an MEP BIM firm seeking a Senior HVAC & Plumbing Engineer who enjoys coaching, reviewing, and improving the work of others while ensuring technical excellence.

Your Role:

• Mentor and guide HVAC/Plumbing modelers to elevate their skills
• Perform detailed hands-on reviews of Revit MEP models and plans for quality, constructability, and compliance with European standards
• Support QA/QC, workflows, and best practices

Who You Are:

• 8–12+ years in HVAC & Plumbing for commercial buildings
• Strong Revit MEP & BIM workflow expertise
• Passionate about mentoring, teamwork, and continuous learning
• Experience with international/European projects is a plus
