Role Description

This is a full-time Senior HR role located on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Senior HR will be responsible for managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role involves ensuring a productive and compliant work environment through effective HR management practices.

Qualifications

Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Skills in Personnel Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site role
