Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate HR Business Partner at insightsoftware, you will be working within the HRBP team to provide exceptional customer service to support the HRBP Managers and APAC employees. Your primary responsibility will be managing end-to-end operational processes for the HR function and acting as the main point of contact for general HR inquiries. You will also be involved in providing Workday related transactional support, maintaining employee records, processing HR transactions, creating HR documentation, and supporting organizational changes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end operational processes for the HR function, serving as a reliable subject matter expert (SME) across the business. - Provide Workday related transactional support and troubleshooting. - Review and maintain employee records for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. - Process various HR transactions in HR systems while ensuring compliance and integrity. - Create, manage, and update HR documentation on SharePoint sites. - Provide reporting, analysis support, audit, and compliance support. - Support organizational changes with a focus on system-related transaction processing and data gathering for mass changes. - Provide escalated support for HRBPs on business-specific policy and process questions. - Assist in designing processes, training materials, and knowledge articles related to the HR function. - Assist in New Hire Orientation and employee onboarding. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and programs. Qualifications: - Relevant HR experience. - Ability to work independently and proactively resolve complex issues. - Strong customer service orientation. - Continuous improvement mindset. - Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. - Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality. - Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with HRIS system preferred, such as Workday. Education/Experience: - Minimum of 2 years working in an HR capacity. - Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. Note: All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
