Senior Hostel Warden

A student caretaker and counselor to cater to all possible needs of Boarding school students, especially the counselling part, it has to be on an emotional connect level by an educated person who understands and cares for children.

A Team Leader and an Implementor, to guide all the other hostel wardens, house mothers, the support staff and the kitchen staff but to do it in a way that it creates a positive environment and does not lead by fear, but by example and understanding. Implementation of the school vision become key to your work output.

An Educationist, to ensure discipline and foster a growth and learning environment for all the students as well as the faculty members.

A person who understands Responsibility, can face the weather and is able to take simple problems to resolution - without undermining the hierarchy.

A hard worker. Since we have a large vision goal to achieve and new methods of Nurturing students in school to be implemented and developed, we need the person to be hard working and willing to go beyond the standard line of action.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
