Senior horticulturist

As a Horticulturist, you will:

• Provide one-on-one video consultations to clients, offering expert guidance on plant care, soil management, pest control, and garden planning.
• Collaborate with our team to develop content and knowledge base for AI-powered plant care solutions.
• Offer on-demand gardening services including site visits, plant health diagnosis, and customized care plans when required.
• Advise clients on sustainable and low-maintenance planting solutions tailored to their space and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online and offline consultations with professionalism and clarity.
• Diagnose plant and garden issues and recommend actionable solutions.
• Curate plant palettes and maintenance tips for various spaces (indoor, balcony, terrace, and outdoor gardens).
• Support AI training with horticulture knowledge and FAQs.
• Stay updated with latest trends in urban gardening and sustainable landscaping.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Horticulture / Agriculture / Botany (preferred).
• 5+ years of practical experience in horticulture, landscaping, or garden maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, fertilizers, pest & disease management.
• Excellent communication skills (English + Kannada/Hindi is a plus).
• Comfortable with video consultations and digital tools.
• Based in Bangalore (for occasional site visits).

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
