Senior Healthcare Business Analyst

As a Senior Healthcare Business Analyst at CitiusTech, you will be part of an Agile team designing and building healthcare applications. Your responsibilities will include delivering technical preliminary design documents, analyzing data systems to solve complex business problems, providing consulting support for IT and Business partners, creating system test plans and test data, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within defined deadlines. You will be required to work within the scope of projects, gather business requirements, create BRD, FRDs, UML, and flow diagrams, facilitate business requirement elicitation sessions, identify potential issues and risks, and consult with business stakeholders on data reporting. Your role will involve maintaining project artifacts, following version control processes, and adhering to departmental policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in the US Healthcare domain, strong SQL knowledge, experience with data warehouse and migration projects, and the ability to work with DBA and DB developers. Technical certification in multiple technologies and relevant industry certifications related to project management are desirable. You should have excellent communication skills, be open to change, and possess a good attitude. Good to have skills include development/data analyst experience, knowledge of data warehousing, experience with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence, and strategic thinking. Knowledge of vulnerability and security domain is an added benefit.
