Senior Hardware Engineer

As a Senior Hardware Engineer (Full Stack) at Enlog, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of hardware systems. Your role will involve working on hardware design, firmware development, system integration, and ensuring production readiness of our innovative energy management solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture, design, and development of embedded hardware systems including MCUs, sensors, and power systems. - Develop firmware and embedded software for microcontrollers such as STM32, ESP32, and AVR. - Collaborate with software, mechanical, and product teams to ensure seamless system integration. - Own hardware testing, debugging, validation, and documentation processes. - Drive prototyping and iterations from proof-of-concept to production stages. - Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors for PCB fabrication, assembly, and testing. - Optimize hardware for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering field. - 3-4 years of experience in embedded systems, hardware design, and product development. - Proficiency in PCB design tools like Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCAD. - Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, circuit design, sensors, and power electronics. - Proficient in C/C++ for firmware development. - Familiarity with wireless protocols such as Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee. - Experience in debugging hardware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc. Enlog is a dynamic startup revolutionizing energy management through innovative technology solutions that promote sustainability.
