Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Hadoop Admin located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Senior Hadoop Admin will be responsible for the CDP administration, maintenance, and support of Hadoop-based environments. Daily tasks will involve configuring and managing Hadoop clusters, ensuring high availability and scalability, monitoring and troubleshooting performance issues, and implementing security measures. This role will also involve collaboration with various teams to support data processing needs and ETL workflows, ensuring efficient data warehousing and big data management.Send Resume -

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hadoop Administration and Hadoop ecosystem tools,
  • Experience in managing Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and Big Data technologies
  • Linux should know
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing best practices and principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant certifications and experience in the banking industry will be beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
