Senior Graphic Designer

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling, elevate our brand presence, and deliver polished creative across digital touchpoints .

• Lead end-to-end visual design for marketing campaigns, social content, email, web banners, and print collateralown concepting through delivery.
• Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems, applying strong typography, color, and composition to maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Create high-fidelity UI assets and collaborate with product designers to ensure visual alignment and responsive implementation across web and mobile.
• Produce production-ready files and manage print-vendor relationships, ensuring quality control, correct specs, and timely delivery.
• Mentor and review work of junior designers, provide actionable feedback, and help raise team design standards and processes.
• Partner with marketing, content, and growth teams to rapidly prototype creatives, A/B test concepts, and iterate based on performance metrics.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital, and print work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and strong working knowledge of Figma for UI/asset handoffs.
• Excellent sense of typography, layout, composition, and color theory; experience creating and maintaining visual systems or brand guidelines.
• Proven experience producing social, email, web, and print-ready assets with an eye for pixel-perfect execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to translate briefs into creative work under tight deadlines.
  

Preferred

• Experience with motion graphics and After Effects for short-form social/video content.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or working knowledge of front-end constraints for responsive designs.
• Experience in a consumer subscription, lifestyle, or e?commerce brand and prior mentorship or team-lead responsibilities.
