Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at The Guild in Noida, you will be a key player in defining the visual identity of our business media platform across various digital media channels, branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and immersive content. You will be responsible for creating captivating designs, data visualizations, marketing creatives, and UI/UX elements, all while exploring the innovative world of AI-powered design tools to expand creative horizons. Your role will involve crafting high-impact visuals, illustrations, and layouts for The Guild's media platforms, events, and marketing endeavors. You will conceptualize and implement modern, sleek design systems that align with current business media trends, develop engaging pitch decks and brand presentations, and produce infographics and data-driven visual content to simplify complex business insights for our audience. In addition, you will actively experiment with AI-driven tools such as DALLE, Midjourney, RunwayML, and Adobe Sensei to enhance creative outputs. By leveraging AI-assisted image generation, smart typography, and automated design systems, you will accelerate workflow processes while maintaining the delicate balance between AI automation and human creativity. Your ability to identify and incorporate new AI-powered design trends into The Guild's visual strategy will be crucial for staying at the forefront of innovation. Furthermore, you will be involved in creating multimedia assets, motion graphics, and video intros for Guild TV, digital campaigns, and event promotions. Your expertise in developing modern typography, kinetic text animations, and interactive digital experiences will contribute to impactful messaging and brand partnerships. Ensuring visual consistency and innovating with fresh branding elements across The Guild's platforms, as well as designing user-friendly UI/UX layouts for web and mobile experiences, will be central to your role. Collaboration and strategic input are key aspects of this position, as you will work closely with marketing, editorial, and content teams to bring brand stories to life. Acting as a creative consultant, you will contribute insights on visual trends, AI-generated aesthetics, and immersive storytelling ideas while guiding and mentoring junior designers and leading creative brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of innovation. To thrive in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Branding, or related fields, along with a strong portfolio showcasing modern, AI-integrated, and visually compelling work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, experience with AI-driven design tools, knowledge of typography and color theory, and expertise in motion graphics using tools like After Effects or Blender will be advantageous.
