About The Role
Team Pumpkin is looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer
to join our
D2C Team
, driving the creative vision and design strategy across our portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of conceptual thinking, brand design expertise, and performance-focused creativity. You will play a key role in shaping brand narratives, leading visual execution, and ensuring design excellence that supports marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Direction & Execution
Lead the ideation, design, and execution of high-impact creatives across digital channels including websites, social media, emailers, ads, and landing pages for multiple D2C brands.
Translate brand goals and marketing briefs into visually compelling, conversion-driven assets that resonate with the target audience.Work closely with the Creative Director to set and maintain the visual tone and design language for all vertical brands.
- Strategic Design & Brand Storytelling
Collaborate with marketing strategists, performance teams, and content creators to conceptualize campaigns that balance creativity with performance outcomes.
Develop and evolve brand identities, ensuring each D2C brand under the vertical has a distinct, consistent, and scalable visual presence.
- Brand Consistency & Visual Excellence
Uphold brand guidelines across all digital assets and ensure visual cohesion across various marketing touchpoints.
Create design systems, templates, and frameworks that streamline design production for different D2C brands within the vertical.
- Mentorship & Collaboration
Guide and mentor junior designers in the D2C team, providing constructive feedback and creative direction to elevate the overall quality of work.
Partner with copywriters, performance marketers, and campaign managers to deliver unified, impactful campaigns.
- Performance Design & Optimization
Design with a focus on performance optimizing creatives for click-throughs, conversions, and engagement across paid and organic channels.
A/B test visual elements and analyze performance data to refine design strategies.
- Trend Awareness & Innovation
Stay current with the latest design trends, consumer behavior insights, and platform updates relevant to D2C marketing.
Experiment with new design techniques, motion graphics, and formats to keep creative output fresh and competitive.
- Project & Workflow Management
Manage multiple brand projects within the vertical, balancing creative innovation with efficient execution and timely delivery.Coordinate cross-functional workflows with brand managers, copywriters, and media teams to ensure alignment on timelines and objectives.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts
, or a related field.A
strong portfolio
showcasing high-quality D2C design work, brand development, and performance-driven campaigns.
Key Skills & Requirements
34 years of professional experience in
graphic design for D2C, digital marketing, or e-commerce
(agency or brand side).Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD)
and familiarity with
Figma, Canva, or motion tools
.Deep understanding of
consumer design psychology
,
visual hierarchy
, and
platform-based creative best practices
.Experience designing for
paid performance channels (Meta, Google, Amazon, etc.)
and e-commerce environments.Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
