Job Description

Years of Experience: 5-10 Main Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and ensure alignment with brand objectives. Produce high-quality graphics that maintain brand consistency and elevate the Stanley Lifestyles brand identity. Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve design outputs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively within design specifications and budget restrictions. Provide creative input and contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Establish creative direction for the company and develop brand guidelines. Manage and build a team of experts in the field. Liaise with the internal team across divisions and with external vendors for projects/jobs. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in graphic arts, design, visual communications, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the luxury lifestyle industry. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other relevant graphic design software. Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects, with an emphasis on luxury branding and visual storytelling. Good communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent eye for detail with a focus on precision. Strong analytical skills. Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
