Senior Graphic Designer

You will play a crucial role as a Senior Graphic Designer at SRV Media, where you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality designs across various platforms. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be instrumental in delivering compelling visual solutions that align with business and campaign objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, branding, print, and marketing collaterals. - Lead and mentor junior designers to ensure the quality of output and adherence to brand guidelines. - Translate briefs into visually engaging creatives that resonate with campaign objectives. - Collaborate closely with the creative lead and account managers to deliver client-focused solutions. - Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to propose innovative design ideas. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. - Maintain brand identity consistency across campaigns and platforms. Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of proven design experience in a digital/advertising agency. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, social media, digital campaigns, and UI/UX (preferred but not mandatory). - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus. - Excellent sense of typography, layout, and color theory. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with business objectives. - Effective communication skills to present design ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
