Senior Graphic Designer (Print/ Mainline)

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Alchemist Marketing & Talent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading the creative direction and contributing to the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include executing visually compelling designs, leading the design process, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution across all mediums. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including print ads, outdoor media, emailers, brochures, newsletters, and more. - Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring innovative solutions aligned with strategic goals and client needs. - Inspire and guide a team of designers to achieve exceptional design work. - Collaborate with account managers, creative directors, and clients to translate business goals into visually impactful designs. - Provide creative direction and suggestions to shape the final product. - Lead the creation of designs for our mainline team, adapting them to various formats while maintaining brand integrity. - Research and leverage emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies to provide fresh and relevant design solutions. - Ensure high standards of design quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all projects. - Maintain craftsmanship from concept to final output. - Previous experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role. - Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and visually compelling designs. - Proficiency in design software and tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to mentor junior designers and work effectively in a team environment. - Knowledge of emerging design trends and techniques. - Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.,
