SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

As a Senior Designer at our company, your main role will be to work alongside the HODs and the Director to meet the graphic design needs of the company. You will be tasked with determining visual requirements that align with the organizational business and creative goals. We are looking for a competent and creative designer with strong communication skills who thrives in a smaller environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Creation of all visual design online and offline, including visual concepts for the company websites and other platforms. - Leading the creative aspects of a project. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in graphic design and a minimum of five years experience as a graphic designer. - Proficiency in using CS2: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; knowledge of Vector Works and FileMaker Pro is a plus. - Ability to create superior, original designs. - Strong design style and conceptual skills. - Knowledge of website structure and functionality. - Understanding and experience in corporate branding, layout, colour theory, and typography in both print and digital media. - Demonstrated successful design and integration, delivering projects on time. - Effective management of multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting deadlines, and working well under pressure. - Ability to work with a large variety of personnel. - Excellent organization and communication skills. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines essential for a fast-paced environment.,
