SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

As a Senior Designer at our Company, you will play a crucial role in meeting the graphic design needs of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to create visual designs both online and offline, ensuring they align with the Company's business and creative goals. You must possess strong communication skills and thrive in a smaller work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Create visual designs for the Company's websites and various platforms - Lead the creative aspects of projects - Produce superior and original designs - Demonstrate strong design style and conceptual skills - Utilize knowledge of web site structure and functionality - Implement corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in print and digital media - Successfully integrate designs and deliver projects on time - Manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure - Collaborate effectively with different team members - Demonstrate excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design - Minimum of five years experience as a graphic designer - Proficiency in using CS2: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; familiarity with Vector Works and FileMaker Pro is a plus - Ability to work with a large variety of personnel - Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
