SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

As a senior graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital and print designs to meet our marketing needs. Your role will involve overseeing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating innovative ideas. To excel in this position, you must possess a deep understanding of graphic design principles, styles, and techniques, along with a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns. Your creativity and skill will play a crucial role in ensuring that our design team effectively communicates the company's vision through high-quality graphic content. Your key responsibilities will include designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics, as well as managing the entire design process from conceptualization to delivery. You will be required to review drafts created by junior designers to ensure quality, develop new and engaging concepts, and maintain brand consistency across various marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with both the marketing and design teams, you will act as a liaison to ensure that project deadlines are met. Staying updated on industry trends and advancements will also be an essential part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a graphic design qualification or a related field and have a portfolio showcasing your design projects. Previous work experience as a graphic designer is a must, and proficiency in image design tools such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required. A keen eye for visual details, strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while collaborating effectively with team members are essential attributes for success in this role.
