JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

As a Graphic Designer at our company, your role will involve developing graphic designs in collaboration with the Senior Graphic Designer and HODs. You should bring brightness, imagination, and strong communication skills to the table, particularly thriving in a smaller work environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, monitoring, and designing various materials such as online marketing assets, branding elements, layouts, brochures, and more. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in multimedia companies/agencies. - Excellent proficiency in PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark Xpress, color theory, typography, and design standards. - Exceptional skills in graphic design, encompassing drawing, sketching, typography, concept ideation, color theory, texture utilization, spacing, and scale. - Ability to devise layout strategies, conceptualize artistic concepts, and craft visual images that captivate and allure. - Artistic flair and innovative thinking to create visually appealing and impactful graphics. - Capability to conceptualize and actualize design ideas for various projects. - Self-motivation and adeptness in workload management. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities along with multitasking skills.
