To qualify for this position, you should have: - Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in multimedia companies/agencies. - Excellent proficiency in PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark Xpress, color theory, typography, and design standards. - Exceptional skills in graphic design, encompassing drawing, sketching, typography, concept ideation, color theory, texture utilization, spacing, and scale. - Ability to devise layout strategies, conceptualize artistic concepts, and craft visual images that captivate and allure. - Artistic flair and innovative thinking to create visually appealing and impactful graphics. - Capability to conceptualize and actualize design ideas for various projects. - Self-motivation and adeptness in workload management. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities along with multitasking skills.
