Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the visual design direction for campaigns, branding, and product communication. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the visual design direction for campaigns, branding, and product communication. - Delivering high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms. - Collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to translate business goals into impactful designs. - Maintaining and evolving brand identity through consistent and innovative visual language. - Owning projects end-to-end from concept, ideation, and design to delivery. - Guiding and mentoring junior designers, ensuring design quality and team growth. - Optimizing workflows, templates, and design systems for scalability and speed. - Staying updated with design trends and bringing innovative approaches to the team. Your skills and competencies should include: - Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. - Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand storytelling. - Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns, branding, and visual systems. - Good understanding of motion graphics / video editing tools (a plus). - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience. - A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work. It would be nice to have: - Experience in a fast-paced startup environment. - Familiarity with UI/UX principles. - Experience contributing to or leading design teams. This position is based in Hyderabad and requires at least 6-10 years of experience in the field.,
