We are on the hunt for a visionary and innovative Sr/Lead Designer to elevate our brand identity and transform our creative ambitions into reality. If you thrive on designing captivating social media content, intuitive website experiences, and impactful client presentations, this role is tailor-made for you. As a Lead Designer, you will shape the visual narrative for multiple brands, pushing boundaries and setting trends in the design landscape. Exp - 6+ years Key Responsibilities: Design & Asset Creation: Design marketing assets, including brochures, whitepapers, and sales collateral. Create PowerPoint templates and custom presentations for webinars, sales, and executive meetings. Video Production: Edit and produce videos for campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement. Create video content for webinars, product demos, and promotional campaigns. Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials align with TADAs branding and style guidelines. Regularly update templates for email, social media, and print materials. Campaign Support: Design creative assets for outbound and inbound campaigns (e.g., banner ads, social media graphics). Develop visuals for product launches, webinars, and event marketing. Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Specialist to align visuals with campaign messaging. Website Updates: Update website visuals, including hero images, landing pages, and banners. Experience with Webflow is required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science Human-Computer Interaction Interactive Media Interaction Design Human Factors Cognition Psychology Informatics Design Proven track record with 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, and presentation creation. Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or equivalent software. A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in social media design, website design, and presentations across multiple brands. Strong command of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts. Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience working with a diverse client portfolio. Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a bonus.
