Senior Graphic Designer

• Review and analyze design briefs to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Conceptualize and develop creative visuals aligned with project goals.
• Create initial drafts and present design ideas for feedback and approval.
• Edit and color grade video content to enhance visual quality and storytelling.
• Produce engaging short-form content, including reels, for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with clients on-site when necessary to plan and execute video shoots.
• Design and animate video content in line with current market trends and requirements.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other graphic elements using digital tools or traditional methods.
• Apply appropriate color schemes, typography, and layouts for each design to maintain visual consistency.
• Work on a variety of creative assets, including social media designs, mockups, and brand identity materials.
• Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to deliver cohesive and impactful final designs.
• Test and optimize graphics across multiple media channels for quality and performance.
• Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure all final deliverables are visually compelling, meet brand guidelines.
