Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
24 years of professional experience as a graphic designer in an agency or in-house creative team.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
Experience with social media creatives, branding, and marketing collaterals.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX or motion graphics is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to accept constructive feedback and improve designs accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create high-quality designs for digital platforms (social media, web banners, emailers) and print collateral (brochures, flyers, posters).
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visual assets aligned with campaign goals.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
Take ownership of assigned projects from ideation to execution while meeting deadlines.
Edit and retouch images, videos, or animations (if applicable).
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Ensure all output is accurate, well-crafted, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail.
