At Eat Better, design is a core business toolit defines how our brand looks, feels, and stands out.

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is a thinker first and executor next. Someone who understands brand deeply, can translate briefs into strong visual work, and ensures everything we put out feels cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably Eat Better.

What you'll do

Design and evolve packaging across products, SKUs, and special editions.

Create digital collaterals for social media, campaigns, and ads.

Design website assets including banners, product visuals, and brand sections.

Conceptualise and handle photoshoots end-to-endfrom idea and styling to final outputs.

Identify, define, and maintain Eat Better's visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Work closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to turn briefs into thoughtful, high-quality creative.

What we're looking for

46 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with brand-led or consumer-facing work.

Strong command of Adobe Creative SuitePhotoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

A sharp eye for aesthetics with the ability to design within an existing brand system.

Someone who understands brand thinking, not just visual execution.

Clear communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Exposure to packaging, print, and digital design.

Use AI tools for ideation, mood-boarding, or improving speed and productivity.

Enjoy building systems, references, and long-term brand consistencynot just one-off designs.
