Role Overview

Senior Graphic Designer

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Performance, and Founders Office teams to translate business goals into impactful visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design execution for marketing campaigns, pitch decks, and brand assets
• Design high-quality creatives for social media, ads, website, presentations, and offline material
• Own and maintain UniLivs visual identity and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams on campaign creatives
• Create layouts, illustrations, infographics, and visual narratives
• Review work of junior designers or freelancers when required
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and revisions efficiently
• Ensure all outputs meet quality, clarity, and brand standards
  

Requirements

• Strong expertise in

  Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva

• Excellent understanding of

  typography, layout, colour theory, and branding

• Proven experience in

  pitch decks, marketing creatives, and digital assets

• Ability to convert complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, co-living, or consumer brands is a plus
