Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with agency experience to oversee visual design projects and create engaging creative assets for our advertising campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in crafting impactful designs that are in line with brand strategy, enhance client communication, and boost engagement across various platforms. Responsibilities include leading the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions for diverse advertising materials such as digital, print, social media, outdoor, and branding. Collaboration with copywriters, strategists, and account teams is essential to bring campaign concepts to fruition. Moreover, mentoring junior designers, ensuring design coherence across projects, establishing brand identities, and upholding brand guidelines for clients are key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate will excel in transforming briefs into polished visual narratives, confidently presenting ideas to internal teams and clients. It is crucial to stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques to foster innovation and enhance creative outcomes. Managing multiple projects concurrently while upholding quality standards and meeting deadlines is also a vital component of this position. Additionally, preparing final artwork for print and digital production to ensure technical precision and brand consistency is required. The qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency setting. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and familiarity with XD and After Effects) is essential. A strong portfolio showcasing various design styles and campaign work, coupled with a solid grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and layout, is necessary.
