As a Senior Genesys & Contact Center Data Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Genesys Contact Center Solutions and Contact Center data to drive performance optimization and support data strategy. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple teams and working in a high-impact environment. Experience in FinTech or data-rich environments is advantageous. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary expert on Genesys architecture, data structure, and reporting - Analyze large and complex Contact Center datasets to identify patterns and performance gaps - Collaborate with engineering, analytics, operations, and business teams to enhance customer experience - Translate business challenges into data inquiries and convert data into actionable insights - Develop and document best practices for data utilization in Contact Center initiatives - Assist in integrating and optimizing Genesys within a broader tech ecosystem **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6 years of experience working with Genesys Contact Center platforms - Proficient in Contact Center operations and data, including KPIs, routing logic, and Reporting tools - Strong background in data analysis, dashboards, and business intelligence tools - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Preferred experience in FinTech or regulated environments - Location preference: Chennai, India or willingness to relocate Please note that this job requires you to be based in Chennai, India, or be open to relocating to the specified location.
