Senior Functional Testing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Perform

  functional testing

  of applications with a strong focus on the

  healthcare domain

  .
• Validate and manage backend processes using

  Oracle DBA fundamentals

  and should be able to write complex queries.
• Design and execute

  API testing

  and

  UI testing

  to ensure end-to-end quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using

  Jira

  and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in

  Scrum/Agile ceremonies

  and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in

  Functional Testing

  with focus on the

  Healthcare domain

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  Oracle DBA fundamentals

  with ability to write

  complex SQL queries

  .
• Proficiency in

  API Testing

  and

  UI Testing

  .
• Experience with

  Jira

  for defect management and Agile

  Scrum methodology

  .

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of

  automation testing tools

  (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
• Experience in

  performance testing

  .
• Exposure to

  CI/CD pipelines

  and test automation frameworks.
