Senior Functional Consultant - Customer Success

Role Overview: At o9 Solutions, you will play a crucial role in transforming enterprise planning through an AI-first approach. You will be responsible for demonstrating industry best practices, resolving customer issues, configuring the o9 platform, conducting testing, and supporting user training. Your deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts will contribute to solving operational and supply chain problems efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9's solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition. - Ensure solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues, validating data loads, and coordinating with other consultants to solve business problems. - Configure the o9 platform based on change requests/enhancements and deliver solutions to address deep operations/supply chain issues. - Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases, track progress, and work on bugs/issues using support tools. - Support Super User and End User training for a global user base. - Help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by collaborating with development and operations teams. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 2+ years of experience with implementing planning applications is a must. - Education: Btech/BE/MCA/Mtech - Languages: SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar are desirable. - Skills: Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP. - Characteristics: Strong leadership skills, ability to communicate effectively, analyze data, and prioritize opportunities.
