related tasks like Employee and Service Agent Management tasks;Master and page Layouts, Language Adaptations, Code list restrictions and other Administrator task;C4C business configuration, fine tuning activity and web service monitoring;Translation topics like- translation for CD fields,- translation for KUT fieldsMaintaining Workflow rules like- General Workflow Rules- C4S Rollout Workflow RulesData Workbench Activities like- Data maintenance: Update/insert/delete (ASM, ISM KSB code etc)- Create Odata service- Creating migration templateConfiguration of C4C solution using OData, KUT, Workflows, MDR, MashupsSAP C4S Rollout ActivitiesSAP Business One Rollouts and support functions
