Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software proofs of concept Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new exploratory features Experiment with new ideas and technologies to improve our deliverables and processes Apply AI technology to solve problems in innovative ways Formulate action plans to achieve specific goals Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency Write clear documentation Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Experience developing desktop and mobile applications. Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js). Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB. Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with system and UX design tools (Figma, PlantUML). Experience with API design tools (OpenAPI, Swagger). Experience with Agile processes. Teamwork skills. Self directed and proactive Can translate vaguely defined ideas into demonstrable deliverables Quick to find and learn new technologies as needed An analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Love for clean design, user experience and keeping things simple. Passionate about users and feedback. Desirable Skills: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Experience with AI technology (LLMs, Deep Learning). Experience in financial services.
