Senior Fullstack Developer (React & Node)

You will be working on the FAST-Engineering Team to launch a new self-serve platform for customers and support building this new product (FAST) in response to increased demand and automation efforts. Your responsibilities will include front-end development in REACT, Node JS, and Javascript to build high-performance web applications supporting complex business rules. You will establish best practices for web development, influence application data-flow design, and collaborate with technical architects, business, product, and UX team members to drive the codebase to a higher level. As a product engineer, you will translate business requirements into user stories, develop UI/UX wireframes using tools like Figma, and apply user-centered design principles. You will pioneer new frontend initiatives, lead POCs, and demonstrate speed to market in a fast-paced startup environment. Your passion for learning and helping others will be essential to your success in this role. We are looking for candidates with 5 to 7 years of experience working in an Agile development environment. Experience with Jira, Github, CI/CD, and other development life-cycle tools is required. Knowledge of designing web and mobile applications, developing wireframes, and expertise in REACT, NodeJS, and JavaScript/TypeScript are necessary. Additionally, experience in IT implementation, project management, persona development, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping will be beneficial. Familiarity with Figma and similar software, as well as experience in healthcare or related fields, is a plus.
