What will you be doing?

We are looking for passionate developer working on JAVA and JavaScript with Angular to build and deliver product features rapidly and in smaller iterations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot).
• Build intuitive, responsive frontends using Angular (v16+ preferred).
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and review others code without pulling punches.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development management, including at least
• Good experience leading an offshore development team
• Well versed with the any of the JS framework (React, Angular, VueJS details mentioned below) along with hands on experience
• Experience with customer-facing web applications and architectures
• Full stack development experience (Java development, database design and development, UI)
• Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team of developers
• Experience working with remote teams and a proven ability to establish and maintain effective communication channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle, including discovery, design,development, testing, deployment, maintenance
• Experience with software best practices, coding standards and version control protocols
• Knowledge of current frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and libraries.
• A strong portfolio of top-class coding and builds to your name.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Hands on experience with below technologies
• Spring Boots
• Advance Java
• SQL
• Microservices (optional)
• Kubernetes / Docker(optional).
• React/ Angular/ VueJS
