As a Full-Stack Engineer based in Bangalore, KA, your primary responsibility will involve working on challenging tasks and projects to enhance our engineering output. You should possess the ability to write error-free code, swiftly comprehend problem statements, and devise logical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Independently managing End-to-End Implementation, Design, and Development of IT Projects and Products - Converting Business Cases into Technology solutions and Building Products from inception - Training and mentoring team members, conducting managerial tasks like Quarterly Skills Meetings and Profile Evaluations - Providing insights for Project Budgeting, Effort Estimations, and Technology Decks - Writing Test Cases, overseeing UAT, and managing Deployment Cycles with a focus on Automation Testing - Collaborating with clients to offer Consulting and Business Solutions, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Coordinating with the Technical/Engineering team to ensure successful Delivery and Implementation of Software Solutions - Managing Client Relationships, communicating effectively in English, and demonstrating proficiency in written communication - Understanding Change Management, Risk Management, and Project Management principles - Prior experience with US Clients is essential, along with exposure to diverse projects and business models Management And Soft Skills: - Exceptional Written and Oral Communication Skills and professional Etiquette - Proficiency in Presentation Skills - Experience in working with Onshore and Offshore Teams, handling Cross-Functional Projects, and providing inputs for enhancing Offshore Development Centers - Ability to perform under pressure and meet stringent Project Deadlines - Leadership and Motivational Skills to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of work tasks - Conflict Resolution and Management capabilities Qualifications: - 7-10 years of overall experience - Proficiency in Mobile & Web Applications development (Android & iOS) - Strong understanding of Java & MERN/MEAN stack - Angular/Node/React/Vue - Proficiency in creating APIs using REST, and understanding of GraphQL, JSON, XML, Websockets, SOAP, COBRA - Familiarity with Office 365 - SharePoint and ASP.Net - Understanding of Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, PostGres - Proficiency in Project Management methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Waterfall - Previous experience in FinTech, eCommerce, Enterprise Projects, C2C, B2C, B2B Apps will be advantageous Skills Required: - Fullstack Developer proficient in AngularJS (1.x), React.js, and NodeJS,
