Senior Product Owner (Digital Transformation)

Are you ready to take your career to the next level The Senior Product Owner (Digital Transformation) role at FirstPrinciples offers an exciting opportunity to work on multi-million dollar digital transformation initiatives for one of the largest Luxury Home Builders in the United States. FirstPrinciples, a Tech Holding company with a Venture Studio, is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to lead a significant digital transformation project. This role involves collaborating with large enterprises to upgrade their internal and stakeholder-facing systems on web and mobile platforms. As a part of our team, you will act as a Tech Strategic Consultant, providing expert recommendations and taking ownership of end deliverables. We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with senior engineers and tech architects, understand their recommendations, and implement solutions. Key Requirements for this role include: - Holding one of the following certifications: PRINCE2, CSP, CAPM, CBAP (BABOK), Agile, CSPO, PMPO - Experience in independently managing End-to-End Business Analysis, Product Analysis, and Project Management for complex IT Projects and Products / Apps - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in managing scope, release management, creating user stories, and running sprints - Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, management, and elicitation - Ability to develop low-level and high-level prototypes using wireframing tools - Ownership of the product backlog, deliverables, and release planning - Proficiency in writing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), and Software Requirements Specification (SRS) - Experience in project budgeting, efforts estimations, and documentation - Ability to write test cases, manage UAT, and deployment - Skills in Gap Analysis, Fish-bone Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis - Consulting experience on Problem Statements vs. Solution Building - Expertise in client relationship management and communication skills - Understanding of Change Management, Risk Management, and Project Management Management Skills required for this role: - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong presentation skills - Experience in working with Onshore and Offshore Teams, Cross-Functional Projects, Resources, and Clients - Ability to handle pressure and meet strict project deadlines - Leadership and motivational skills for team management - Conflict resolution management skills - Prior experience in operations management is advantageous - Experience working with US Clients TechStack & Platform: - MEAN Stack (Web) - Native iOS & Android (Mobile) - AWS If you are passionate about Product Management, Product Strategy, Agile/Scrum, and Project Management, and meet the above requirements, we invite you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role at FirstPrinciples.,
