Senior Fullstack developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at our company, you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing our web applications. Leveraging your expertise in Angular, Python (Django), and Node.js, you will contribute significantly to developing top-tier solutions that align with our technical and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical discussions, and champion the implementation of best development practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. - Provide technical guidance to the team, participate in architectural discussions, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical decision-making. - Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React or Angular, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers. - Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js, ensuring optimal data retrieval and manipulation while maintaining data integrity. - Design and optimize databases, write complex queries, and implement data models that meet application requirements. - Identify performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities within applications, implementing necessary optimizations and security measures. - Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project completion. - Address technical challenges with innovative solutions, debugging and troubleshooting issues for prompt resolutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is advantageous. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in React and Node.js, and familiarity with Angular. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frontend technologies. - Strong command of React or Angular and associated tools/libraries for creating interactive user interfaces. - Understanding of Node.js and server-side JavaScript development, familiarity with Express.js. - Ability to design and utilize RESTful APIs, with a solid grasp of API design principles. - Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and database design/optimization. - Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills within distributed systems. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration. - Prior experience in mentoring or leading junior developers is a plus. - Portfolio showcasing prior projects or work samples is highly desirable.
