Job Title: Senior Full Stack (MERN Stack) Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack (MERN Stack) Developer to work with the development of scalable web applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the

MERN stack.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and

other developers.

• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 3 years in MERN stack.

• Strong proficiency in:

• MongoDB schema design, aggregation, performance tuning.
• Express.js middleware, routing, API development.
• React.js – hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), component lifecycle.
• Node.js – asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Exposure to microservices architecture.
