How you'll make an impact We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer proficient in React and .NET to join our expanding team. As a Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications to ensure optimal performance and a smooth user experience. - Develop responsive, interactive, and high-performance web applications using React. - Implement reusable UI components and libraries for an enhanced user experience. - Ensure application responsiveness and optimal performance across all devices and browsers. - Design and construct scalable and robust back-end solutions using .NET Core and C#. - Develop APIs, services, and business logic for web applications. - Ensure efficient data handling and storage through relational and non-relational databases. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end and back-end components. - Write unit and integration tests to uphold software quality and reliability. - Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting activities. - Monitor application performance and optimize as required. - Adhere to best practices in software development and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends to contribute to the improvement of development processes. - Work closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Engage in Agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. - Ensure compliance with relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines, reflecting Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity. Your background - Bachelor's degree in engineering with over 8 years of experience in a Software Engineer/Developer role. - Extensive experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong command of React and .NET technologies. - Proficiency in database development using Postgres, SQL, and Entity Framework Core. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, ASP.NET Core, and integration with front-end applications. - Experience in building applications on Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms. - Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies. - Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. - Familiarity with Version Control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with TypeScript for front-end development. - Knowledge of Docker and containerization. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
