Senior Full Stack Developer - Nodejs & Angular

As a Tech Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our innovative EdTech platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include leading a team to develop and maintain applications using Node.js and Angular, as well as architecting and implementing scalable system enhancements. Your expertise in cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure will be essential in managing and optimizing deployments on the cloud. You will be expected to write clean and efficient code, mentor team members, and design CI/CD pipelines for streamlined workflows. Utilizing tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments, you will monitor platform performance, reliability, and security, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical debt proactively. Your leadership skills will be put to use as you guide and mentor developers, fostering collaboration and innovation across teams. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with Node.js and Angular. Strong proficiency in cloud platforms and modern development practices, such as CI/CD and containerization, is required. Your understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and effective communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in leading teams or working in EdTech/SaaS environments will be considered a bonus, as well as familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and tools like JIRA, Git, or Jenkins.
