Description
As a Digital Transformation Service provider, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge digital business models. Your role will involve writing optimized code in Python and working with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI in the back-end. Additionally, you will work on developing code using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS libraries like Tailwind, Material UI, Bootstrap in the front-end. You will participate in design sessions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, working closely with the Product Owner/Manager and scrum team to deliver high-quality features within agreed timescales. Key Responsibilities: - Write optimized code in Python and utilize frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI - Develop code using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS libraries like Tailwind, Material UI, Bootstrap - Participate in design sessions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies - Work closely with the Product Owner/Manager and scrum team to deliver high-quality features - Identify areas for modification or refactoring in the code-base and drive their improvement - Lead by example in maintaining high quality, personal ownership, and customer-focused execution - Coordinate directly with clients on various aspects of the project lifecycle - Maintain best coding practices in your team - Conduct client interviews before onboarding new projects Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of development experience - Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects in an agile environment - Experience in building, mentoring, and managing efficient development teams - Strong proficiency in Python and Django, Flask, or FlaskAPI - Familiarity with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL - Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS libraries like Tailwind CSS, Material UI - Knowledge of modern source control systems like Git, Bitbucket - Ability to analyze user requirements and envision system features and functionality - Experience in designing, extending, and implementing REST or GraphQL APIs - Strong Database Design skills - Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure Good to have: - Knowledge of implementing Generative AI solutions in projects - Experience in Agile, Scrum, TDD practices - Building serverless applications using Python with AWS Lambda, Azure Functions - Exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices (DevOps) - Familiarity with frameworks and tools like Numpy, Pandas, PyTorch - Experience with Testing Tools including Mocha, Chai, Sinon, Supertest, Enzyme, Selenium, Load Runner, JSLint, Cucumber - Knowledge of SonarQube and writing clean code best practices - Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for managing the application lifecycle - Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is a plus As a Digital Transformation Service provider, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge digital business models.
