Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in Node.js for backend and React for frontend development, your role will involve leading the end-to-end development of complex web applications. You will contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior developers within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React and Node.js. - Architect backend services and APIs with efficient, secure, and scalable code. - Build responsive UI components with modern React patterns and hooks. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers for seamless feature delivery. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize application performance. - Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality. - Review code, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers. - Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose ways to incorporate them when appropriate. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 2+ years of full stack development experience, with strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, Redux (or other state management), RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party integrations. - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker). - Solid understanding of application security, performance, and scalability best practices. Additional Company Details: Candidates with experience below 1.5 years will not be accepted. This is a full-time, permanent job with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday in the morning shift.
