Senior - FS Banking - BLR

As a Senior in the Audit team, your role will involve: - Leading and managing a team of up to 6-7 people comprising of graduates and experienced professionals. - Monitoring work, managing and motivating the team to ensure deliverables meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLAs. - Assisting seniors and AMs in performance reviews of the team. - Actively participating in the audit engagement team by performing audit procedures and tests on the allocated client. - Regularly contacting clients and the onshore team to provide updates on the progress of the audit engagement. - Sharing knowledge, mentoring, and coaching team members. - Identifying issues/missing information, managing, and tracking open issues until resolved. - Maintaining data confidentiality and ensuring adherence to the risk management policy by team members. - Reviewing the team's work and providing timely feedback to enable performance improvement. - Establishing relationships with onshore team members across different locations. - Conducting audits on complex sections of financial statements based on country-specific statutory requirements.,
