Senior Frontend Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining AlgoTest(S22), a dynamic and fast-growing startup that is revolutionising the trading industry. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing an innovative platform tailored for retail traders. Your mission will be to empower individuals with tools and knowledge to make informed trading decisions, ultimately leveling the playing field in the financial markets. By working closely with the founders and other engineers, you will contribute to building a platform that meets the unique needs of retail traders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications for retail trading. - Collaborate closely with backend engineers and designers to deliver end-to-end features. - Write clean, efficient, and testable code across multiple frontend frameworks. - Implement proper unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and reliability. - Ensure smooth deployments and scalability while optimizing performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices to development processes. Qualification Required: Must-Have Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer. - Strong expertise in ReactJS, React Native, NextJS. - Strong understanding of state management libraries like Redux or Vuex. - Proven experience with scalable deployments and performance optimization. - Proficiency in writing unit tests and integration tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. - Expertise in mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or similar. - Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. - Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with frontend system design and architectural patterns. - Experience integrating frontend (Webapp or Extensions) with backend services via RESTful APIs and Websockets for real-time responsiveness. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,
