Senior Frontend Developer

As a Senior Frontend Developer at MaxIQ, a funded product startup, you will play a crucial role in empowering Go-To-Market teams to achieve unprecedented sales performance. Your primary responsibility will be to develop modules using React and associated tooling such as Redux, React-query, Indexed-DB, and Material-UI. Additionally, you must have experience in team management and mentoring to excel in this role. Your responsibilities will include architecting and implementing end-to-end features in collaboration with product, design, and backend teams to deliver impactful user experiences. You will be tasked with building and scaling responsive SaaS applications with a focus on modular and maintainable front-end architecture. Moreover, you will develop and maintain core front-end infrastructure, including design systems, shared libraries, and reusable components. Your role will also involve implementing UI and UX enhancements using modern React patterns and optimizing applications for scalability, performance, and browser storage efficiency. Ensuring high standards of code quality through rigorous code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices will be essential. You will take ownership of product features, contribute to release planning, mentor team members, and ensure application stability through monitoring, logging, and debugging. To excel in this role, you must possess 6+ years of production experience with React, with a preference for React 18+, and modern frontend tooling. Additionally, you should have at least 4 years of experience with TypeScript, including advanced features like generics, types, and async programming. Strong experience with the TanStack ecosystem and browser storage, along with hands-on experience in building responsive and accessible SaaS applications, is required. Familiarity with component and integration testing, performance optimization, state management approaches, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations is crucial. Excellent communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. Good-to-have skills include experience with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, component libraries, documentation tools like Storybook, monorepo and workspace tools, and modern E2E testing tools.
