Senior Frontend Developer

As a Frontend Developer at Siemens Energy, you will be engaged in developing and optimizing high-performance web applications using technologies like React.js, Angular.js, or Next.js. You will play a significant role in the following areas: - Developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js, Angular.js, or Next.js. - Contributing to product planning and providing insights to enhance user experience and application performance. - Working with GraphQL and REST APIs to integrate frontend applications with backend services. - Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance through standard processes and code reviews. - Mentoring junior developers and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team. - Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging frontend technologies. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - 8+ years of proven experience after BE, B Tech in frontend development, building and deploying modern web applications. - Strong proficiency in React.js, Angular.js, or Next.js. - Experience with React Native is a plus. - Solid understanding of GraphQL and REST API integration. - Experience in performance optimization and frontend architecture design. - Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API. - Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and Vite. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile teams. - Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is an added advantage. - Strong proficiency with node, npm, and other developer tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with Product owner teams and collaborators.
