JOB TITLE: Senior Front-End WebEngineer CLASSIFICATION: Exempt (Salaried) ORGANIZATION: Codework JOB LOCATION: Chennai, Tamil Nadu WORK CULTURE: Remote Position Summary The Senior Front-End Web Engineer will be part of cross-functional team tasked with applications development and will adhere to architecture, data base design standards, user interface standards and coding standards and Agile methodology. The Senior Front-End Web Engineer develops, maintains and provides technical expertise in order to transfer and deliver knowledge to appropriate personnel for skill development. In addition, the Senior Front-End Web Engineer must use their knowledge and understanding of software languages, databases and interfaces across, involving any aspect of the portfolio of businesses to analyze this information and prioritize the requirements to gain understanding ofthe business needs and to provide recommended solutions. Essential Functions Develop timely and innovative solutions, with optimal use oftechnology and human resources Develop software solutions that our business and Clients can trust Develop self-service and web-based application solutions Lead design/coding session while developing and implementing solutions as part of a team Work with internal stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of application needs ¢ Work to select the most effective and resilient methodology ¢ Work to develop effective applications based on business requirement ¢ Follow standards for operational data ¢ Ensure standards for application (language, documentation, performance, platform, code quality) are followed ¢ Work with 3rd party Developers to ensure adherence to technology standards ¢ Conduct reporting and integration testing ¢ Understand and probe customers in a professional and timely manner to obtain further details and purpose of the issue reported.

¢ Research and articulately communicate information ¢ Remain current on ever changing systems information to ensure accuracy of work ¢ Develop enterprise-level digital solutions by analyzing, coding, testing, and implementing solutions and by modifying and enhancing existing web applications ¢ Proactively seek and participate in ongoing training (formal and informal) in all aspects ofthe IT industry ¢ Responsible for the analysis, architecture and specification of effective, efficient and innovative business technology reporting and analytics ¢ Ensure all projects adheres to business and client needs Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies ¢ Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OO Design ¢ Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, Bitbucket, S3) ¢ Knowledge of Responsive Design, Design System Prototyping, LESS/SASS ¢ Knowledge ofAccessibility, internationalization, or localization ¢ Broad understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of industry methodologies and tools ¢ Ability to assimilate new and existing technologies and 3rd party products ¢ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and forge strong interpersonal relationships within the department, with other departments, and with external audiences ¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ¢ Ability to be effective in a fast paced, dynamic environment and identify with customer needs and circumstances ¢ Ability to acquire and maintain knowledge of protocols and personnel policies ¢ Attention to detail is critical to the success of this position, with demonstrated competency in customer orientation and the ability to deal with ambiguity ¢ Excellent planning, communication, documentation, organizational, analytical and problem- solving abilities ¢ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
